Today I'm whisking you to the Scottish Highlands with this enchanting rural estate wedding, made even more beautiful through the majestic, dramatic autumnal color from the surrounding countryside, and also the flickering candlelight within the castle. No Bonfire Night wedding could be complete without sparklers, too.
A veterinary Surgeon and, a Digital Marketing Consultant were married in November 2019 in the magnificent 30-acres Achnagairn Estate, Inverness within the Scottish Highlands.

The two sweetest flower girls wore pretty white flower girl dresses, which complemented Adriana's dress wonderfully. The bridesmaids wore velvet dresses inside a rich burgundy shade from FeelTimes.
On their feet, they wore embellished ankle strap sandals.
"I knew I wanted something form-fitting, off-the-shoulder, lace, with a small train. This ticked all of the boxes. I had tried on a handful of dresses before, plus they were all so lovely, but what sold me about this dress was the floral lace. I had a minute during the fitting when I looked down at the flowers around me and may feel my grandmother beside me, and I instantly knew it was it. I didn't think I would obtain the feeling however it happened."
"I did wear a veil because I love how they photograph and also the overall bride vibe it provided. I wore mine just about all day because I just loved it a lot! I picked mine up from a little boutique in New York. It would be a tulle veil with a few lace edges. I wanted something simple therefore it didn't outshine the train on my small dress."
"Neil and the groomsmen went for that Hunting Manx tartan by. Neil knew he wanted a tartan that wasn't traditional coupled with a nice pop color inside it."
"I was worried the shades wouldn't go in the beginning, but because I didn't possess a set and opted for Fall colors, the kilts looked fantastic with this Fall/Winter vibes."
"We met on Tinder – love at right swipe! Neil was managing a fitness expo in Glasgow, and I had moved over to go to the vet school. We had a really lovely first date in a coffee shop within the West End, and perhaps had two more dates before I had to fly to America for that Summer."

In her final year of vet school rotations, Adriana was built with a placement back within the USA in the Bronx Zoo. Neil flew to surprise his passion, and added towards the surprise of having a marriage proposal while she was mid-shift in the zoo!
"One minute I was checking on cheetahs and also the next my boyfriend who I hadn't seen for 30 days was recorded on one knee before me. I am emotional and merely couldn't accept it as true was happening."
"We have been talking about our future together and a while, however when I asked him 'Why now?' he explained 'Because I can't wait for any more to make you my wife', and I thought that am special – I felt the same way!"
"We desired to get married immediately but I was involved to graduate and couldn't handle the strain of final year and wedding ceremony planning."
Together together with her Mom, Adriana walks down the aisle to some song called Changing Play, which she first heard in a gig in which the played during her first dates with Neil.
"We opted for traditional vows. When it comes to our faith and just how we practice, Neil and I are very traditional. We desired to honor the sacrament in the way our parents raised us to. While we didn't get married inside a church, anything else about our ceremony was the same."
