Rocket League Items corner, Rocket League is celebrating the Chiefs and Buccaneers’ showdown with a special livestream, the Gridiron Games.
For the upcoming Super Bowl, Rocket League is hosting its Gridiron Games tomorrow (Friday, February 5 at 12pm PT), which will act as a lead-in to the game’s Championship Series x Oceanic Regional Major and Super Bowl LV. The event will be streamed on Rocket League’s official Twitch and YouTube channels starting at that time.
According to the game’s official website, the tournament will pit four teams of four players against one another. Drafts will be held during the stream by team captains, and the tournament will play out as a round-robin, best-of-3 play style. From there, the top two teams will play in the best of five matches against one another, with the winning team earning the “Gridiron Games Champion title.”

The Gridiron Mode will let players take on Psyonix’s version of American football and give them the chance to earn NFL-themed items and cosmetics.
