A brand new feature in NBA 2K23 allows you to 2K23 MT choose how fast or slowly the shot meter is displayed, when it is enabled. There are four variations available in Controller Settings These are: Very Early, Late, Early And Very Late. Although experimenting with these settings will not alter the animations of your jump shots, it will alter the speed at which the meter is displayed. Personally, we are a fan on Very Early.
As the meter appears nearly immediately after pressing the button, and provides you with just a few milliseconds extra time to make sure you're timing your release correctly, however, if you're continually undercooking shots you might be better off using extremely Late or someplace in the middle. The best way to figure out what works for you is practice with your former favorite players in 2KU.
By default, your defensive Assist Strength will default to fifty in your Controller Settings. This feature is designed to predict the speed of the opponent you're defending, however we've found it far too violent at times. You can turn it off entirely if you trust your own abilities with sticks, but we'd advise to leave it on for just a bit, so you still possess a little magnetism that will help you stay ahead of your opponents. Again, spend some time in 2KU to discover what is most effective for you, but personally we believe around 25 is a good zone.
There's nothing more frustrating in NBA 2K23 than seeing a open teammate who is unable to stop and then accidentally kicking it to the incorrect player. In Controller Settings, you can modify the Pass Target Profile. It is based on three different variables: Pass Target Direction, Target Distance, and Pass Target Distance, and Pass Target openness.
There is a profile that places a greater weight towards openness over the default settings, and we've found this to be the optimal option, although it is your choice to experiment further and figure out what will work for you. Keep in mind that you Buy NBA 2K23 MT Safe can guide another team member into space by pressing Circle, and if you select Full Receiver Control in the Receiver Control option, you'll be able, manually, to reposition your teammate by holding your button in place
