I'm 100% sure that no charges will be brought against him. We are looking into pursuing a lawsuit against the government office for violation of Tharold's civil rights."
Based on the information from the police report Simon was unable to get his vehicle to the police officer who was stationed in the city in Eunice, La. Instead, he turned his radio completely up and threatened to get the officer fired if he tried to write Simon tickets. In an interview with PFT Schaffer, the police officer said "I am disgusted by the actions of this department." Eunice, Louisiana police department."
The arrest is clearly coming just in the right moment for Simon who is waiting to learn when he'll start the next phase of his Madden NFL 23 season.
