I saw your contest on Instagram to win a wedding dress! My fiancé, Aaron Laviana, and I were likely to get married this July in Puerto Rico but recently postponed our wedding until 2021. Our venue was initially booked throughout 2021, but after e-mailing our venue just about every day, to start dating? finally exposed: 4-3-2 1! While it was hard to have to postpone, we all know this was the best decision for the safety of our guests and that we are thankful it was exercised. We are also pretty looking forward to our epic new date!
Aaron and I met attending college 15 years ago on the school bus to the science class field trip (super nerdy, I know!). We didn't date attending college and knew one another only peripherally but reconnected within the fall of 2017 via several mutual friends at a football game tailgate. He had recently moved from LA to Nashville and I was residing in Chicago at that time. He invited me to go to Nashville so I wound up taking a journey down one weekend and the rest is history. We dated long-distance until I went to live in Nashville last July. I have absolutely loved residing in Nashville but 2020 is a weird year. In early March I was hit by a tornado that went straight through our neighborhood. While our home fared ok, our neighborhood was hit pretty hard. We were without power for a while and wedding ceremony planning took a backseat in the end and worked to get the neighborhood. Shortly after this, COVID hit. Aaron and I both operate in healthcare. I am an ER physician and Aaron is completing his learning of Urologic Oncology (think bladder, kidney, cancer of the prostate). I actually tested positive for COVID right at the end of March. I fortunately recovered and am now to work, but I did lose my sense of smell (although I’m still hopeful it'll come back!). Aaron has credentials to work within the ICU just in case he is needed.wedding dresses near me.
Despite all this craziness, we're so getting excited about next April whenever we can celebrate our wedding safely with our friends and family! I would love to rock your gorgeous gowns for this occasion!
