3. Before starting the power supply, check the correct position of the pipeline and valve, then start the power supply, and check whether the liquid is normal at any time.
4. The transportation of dangerous liquids under incorrect operating conditions, such as: the inlet and outlet valves are not opened, the pump material selection is incorrect, the dry operation operation, and the pipeline material does not match, will cause great danger. Especially during dry operation, the liquid in the pump will produce high temperature and vaporization. Some chemicals contain hydrogen, which can cause gas explosion or hydrogen explosion. Special attention should be paid to the operation.
5. After starting the Fluorine Lined Magnetic Force Pump, confirm the outlet flow. If the outlet flow is too small, immediately turn off the pump and check whether the pipeline is blocked.
